Sharks' Egor Afanasyev: Considered day-to-day

Afanasyev (lower body) is day-to-day, according to Max Miller of NHL.com on Tuesday.

The Sharks placed Afanasyev on the injured non-roster list before the start of the 2025-26 campaign. He would need to clear waivers to head to AHL San Jose, so he could stay in the NHL once he's cleared to return to occupy a depth role with the Sharks.
