Stars' Emil Hemming: Sent to OHL

Hemming was assigned to OHL Barrie on Tuesday.

Hemming didn't record a point in five appearances with AHL Texas before being returned to his junior club. The 19-year-old forward notched 18 goals and 48 points across 60 OHL appearances during the 2024-25 regular season. Dallas selected him with the No. 29 overall pick in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.
