Hart stopped 23 of 27 shots on goal in Tuesday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Islanders.

Hart surrendered three goals in the first two periods before he helped Vegas claw its way back into the game to force the extra period. He ultimately would fall on the Islanders' fourth attempt of the shootout, which was scored by Emil Heineman. With the loss, Hart now has a 2-0-1 record with a 2.80 GAA and an .889 save percentage through his first three appearances with the Golden Knights. All three games where Hart has played for Vegas have gone to overtime, but he's been able to hold on for wins in two of those outings. If he can continue to maintain his level of decent play, he should be able to pick up some wins behind an elite Golden Knights' offense. He is a solid streaming option in fantasy in two-goalie formats while Adin Hill (lower-body) remains on injured reserve. Hart has started the last two games for Vegas, so while Akira Schmid could be next in line to grab Thursday's start, Vegas is set to play Philadelphia, giving Hart a revenge-game opportunity against his former team if he does play.

Sorokin turned aside 33 of 37 shots on net in Tuesday's 5-4 shootout win over the Golden Knights.

Despite allowing two goals in the first and third periods of Tuesday's contest, Sorokin hung on to win in the shootout, which included him making a save against Jack Eichel. With the win, Sorokin is up to an 11-8-2 record with a 2.53 GAA and a .910 save percentage through 21 appearances. The 30-year-old netminder has helped lead the Isles to a win in each of his last four starts. In that span, he's made 30 saves or more in each game, which moved him up to sixth in saves across the NHL. Sorokin is back to playing at an elite level, making him a top goaltending option in most fantasy formats that track saves. His next chance to take the ice is Thursday against the Ducks.

Saros stopped 39 of 42 shots in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout win over the Avalanche.

Cale Makar's power-play goal with eight seconds left in regulation sent the game to overtime, but Saros was perfect there and in the shootout to get a hard-earned win. He's won four of his last five outings, though he has given up 14 goals on 166 shots in that span. The 30-year-old is at 10-10-3 with a 3.03 GAA and an .896 save percentage through 23 starts this season, but he's starting to trend in the right direction. Saros would have a more favorable matchup if he starts versus the Blues on Thursday.

Skinner stopped 24 of 28 shots in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Sabres.

Skinner continues to alternate between wins and losses, but this one at least got the Oilers a standings point. It didn't look good early, as they trailed 3-0 after two periods, but the offense rallied throughout the third to tie the game. Skinner is now 10-8-4 with a 2.91 GAA and an .887 save percentage over 22 starts this season. The Oilers face a tougher test in Thursday's home game against the Red Wings, and Skinner's ongoing inconsistency makes him tough to trust in fantasy.

Wedgewood was forced to leave the shootout of Tuesday's game versus the Predators after a collision during one of Nashville's attempts, Jesse Montano of Guerilla Sports reports.

Given the late nature of the collision, an update on Wedgewood's status won't be available until Wednesday at the earliest. Wedgewood will be in the concussion protocol until he is cleared to play. If he misses time, the Avalanche might have to turn to Isak Posch as a call-up option for Thursday's game versus the Panthers since Trent Miner, who was sent down Sunday, has not yet had an opportunity to play with AHL Colorado since his demotion.

Ellis entered the concussion protocol after exiting Tuesday's game versus the Oilers, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.

Ellis will be unavailable until he is cleared from the protocol. The 25-year-old goalie could very well miss some time after getting hit in the first period of Tuesday's game. For as long as he's unavailable, the Sabres' crease will be split between Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen and Alex Lyon.

Lyon stopped 21 of 24 shots he faced in relief of Colten Ellis (upper body) in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime win over the Oilers.

Lyon appeared in relief due to Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen's poor performance Monday versus the Flames, and Ellis' injury opened the door for Lyon to get on the ice again. This outing saw Lyon earn his first win since Oct. 24 despite blowing a three-goal lead in the third period. The 33-year-old is now 4-6-3 with a 3.22 GAA and an .899 save percentage over 15 appearances. If Ellis misses time, Lyon and Luukkonen will battle for larger shares of playing time. The Sabres' road trip continues Thursday in Vancouver.

Silovs made 26 saves in a 4-3 shootout loss to the Ducks on Tuesday.

The guy simply cannot catch a break. Silovs was 0.1 seconds from a regulation win when Beckett Sennecke shoveled a puck into the net to force OT. His opponent, Ville Husso, put on a 44-save clinic at the other end of the ice. Silovs is 1-3-5 in his last nine starts. Prior to Tuesday, he was pulled in two consecutive games. There is no reason to consider him a fantasy option right now.

Husso made 44 saves in a 4-3 shootout win over Pittsburgh on Tuesday

Husso was the best player on the ice, making massive stops throughout the game, including several in overtime and the shootout. Beckett Sennecke's record goal with 0.1 seconds left in the third will steal the oxygen, but Husso was the true star. The 30-year-old Husso has won three straight games and is 4-1-0 in December.

Comrie stopped 15 of 19 shots in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Stars.

The Stars went 2-for-4 on the power play, while the Jets failed to convert with the man advantage. Comrie can't take the full blame for this loss, but he was once again just not good enough to get a positive result. He's allowed four goals in back-to-back outings and has given up a total of 14 over his last five games. For the season, he's at a 6-7-1 record with a 3.16 GAA and an .892 save percentage in 14 starts. The Jets sent Thomas Milic to the AHL and recalled Domenic DiVincentiis on Monday, and it's possible they'll give DiVincentiis a look for his NHL debut soon. When that might happen isn't obvious, as the Jets don't have any back-to-back sets over the next week.
