He snapped his losing streak with a 26-save effort in Tuesday's 6-1 win over the Canadiens. Lyon was in the starter's crease during Thursday's morning skate, and although he briefly left the ice with an apparent injury, he returned shortly later and should serve as the starting netminder against Vancouver. The Canucks are scoring 2.77 goals per game this season, which is tied for the eighth-worst mark in the league.

  • Canucks' Nikita Tolopilo: Sent to AHL

Tolopilo was reassigned to AHL Abbotsford on Thursday.

Tolopilo was 2-1-0 with a 2.74 GAA and a .911 save percentage across four NHL appearances this season. The Canucks will get Thatcher Demko back in net Thursday for the first time in 12 contests.

Ullmark will tend the twine on the road against Columbus on Thursday, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports.

Ullmark has lost three of his last four contests while posting a 3.58 GAA and .860 save percentage. Despite the slump, the veteran continues to see the bulk of the workload ahead of Leevi Merilainen. With 10 wins in 22 outings, Ullmark is on pace to reach the 20-win threshold for the fifth straight year.
