Soccer fans are obsessed with their team's jerseys. New ones are out every year, and most have a sponsor across the abdomen that fans like to connect with. There was the great Fiorentina uniform with Nintendo as a sponsor and Arsenal's Sega Dreamcast kit are a few that come to mind. But not all are great, just like Hull City's latest.

The Tigers will be the latest to have a weird sponsor, with Flamingo Land, a combination of a theme park, resort and zoo in England. Ideally, you want a big name sponsor that people will recognize. Some in the past have been Sony and Toyota, which make sense. But Hull, along with Middlesbrough, will be using Flamingo Land for the upcoming season. That's like if Orlando City of the MLS picked the Central Florida Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

Not all sponsors can be as great at these.

But where does Hull City's rank among the worst sponsors ever on a shirt? Nothing says tough, physical soccer like a Zoo with zebra, birds and more. Here's a look at some of the best (well, worst) sponsors.

AC Milan once had a jersey with a sponsor called Pooh, a jean company.

FC Nurnberg had Mister Lady, a clothing company, that didn't make the team look tough at all.

America of Mexico had Bimbo, a bakery company.

Now, for your kit to stink, it doesn't have to have a sponsor. Anybody remember Jorge Campos' Mexico goalkeeper jersey?
