LOOK: Masters champion Sergio Garcia rocks his green jacket to Wimbledon
The Spaniard is skipping the Irish Open this weekend in favor of tennis
Sergio Garcia continues a tradition of recent Masters winners wearing their green jackets to Wimbledon in that summer. Danny Willett did it last year, and Garcia followed suit on Friday with his fiance Angela Akins in England for the annual tennis championships.
Garcia and Akins were there watching Rafael Nadal defeat Karen Khachanov in straight sets. They sat near David Beckham, and Garcia later called Nadal "the best Spanish sportsman we have ever had" in an interview.
Garcia is apparently taking his green jacket on a world tour of sporting events, just like the rest of us would be doing if we'd won it. Times are good for the reigning Masters champ.
