You might be wondering what those pins are that a lot of the players, including Tiger Woods, are wearing on their hats and shirts this week.

It’s actually a special thing a lot of the PGA Tour guys are doing to honor Jarrod Lyle, the Australia PGA Tour member who was recently diagnosed with leukemia

Lyle, who turns 31 in August, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia when he was 17, and found out earlier this month that it had returned.

The two-time Nationwide Tour winner has been receiving chemotherapy in Australia and hopes to return to the game he loves, but that is why you’re seeing a lot of those yellow duck pins (naked Luk the Duck), a reference to the duck headcover he has on his driver.
