Nathan Eovaldi will try to bounce back from his worst outing of the season when he and the AL East-leading Boston Red Sox square off against the AL West-leading Oakland Athletics on Tuesday in the opening game of a three-game series at Fenway Park in Boston. In his last start, Eovaldi (4-2, 4.62 ERA) gave up seven hits and six runs over 4.1 innings against the Tigers. On Tuesday, he will face Chris Bassitt (2-2, 3.70).
