Rangers starting pitcher Colby Lewis, who underwent season-ending hip surgery last week, told MLB.com Friday he would like to return to Texas in 2014. He is scheduled to become a free agent season's end.
"I'd love to come back," Lewis said. "I'm a free agent and we'll see how things go. I don't know what they will have to offer. ... We're going to see which teams are willing to take a shot. If it's all equal, I'm definitely coming back."
