Frank Francisco's return could be accelerated

The Mets might speed up reliever Frank Francisco's return from the disabled list should reliever Jeurys Familia, who is dealing with bicep tendinitis, require a trip to the DL, ESPNNewYork.com reports.

Previous indications were that Francisco, who is recovering from offsesaon elbow surgery, would continue his rehab at a level higher than Class A. But his presence may be needed sooner than expected should Familia need to be deactivated.
