Jason Pridie gets a minor-league deal

The Rockies signed outfielder Jason Pridie to a minor-league deal with an invitation to spring training.

Pridie spent 2013 in the Orioles organization, but he got only 10 at-bats in the majors. He hit .269 with 15 homers and a .767 OPS in 479 at-bats at Triple-A Norfolk.
