Orioles outfielder Nick Markakis, who broke his thumb and played his last game in 2012 on Sept. 8, says he is good to go for the start of 2013. "All in all, I'm good to go," Markakis told MASN.com. "I've got my workouts going and I'm just excited to get down there [to spring training]." Markakis had three surgeries in 2012 (one for the thumb, one for a broken hamate bone, and one for his abdomen), which resulted in a career-low 104 games played.
