The Pirates could rest third baseman Aramis Ramirez, who has three hits in 19 career at-bats off starter Lance Lynn, against the Cardinals on Monday.

Manager Clint Hurdle likes to go with matchups and Josh Harrison has seven hits in 19 at-bats against Lynn. Ramirez is battling a sore groin and could come off the bench if necessary.
