Scott Proctor retires from baseball

Pitcher Scott Proctor has retired from baseball, the New York Daily News reports Monday.

Proctor, most recently released by the Orioles, finished his career having pitched in 307 career games. His record stands at 18-16 with one save and a 4.78 ERA.
