The Phillies have added outfielder Tony Gwynn, right-hander Jeff Manship and southpaw Mario Hollands to their 40-man roster, per MLB.com. They also placed pitcher Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez (shoulder) on the 60-day disabled list.
