Twins RP Tim Stauffer (intercostal) throws off mound

Twins reliever Tim Stauffer, who is working his way back from a strained intercostal, threw off the mound at Target Field on Sunday in preparation for his return later this week, per the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. 

Stauffer is 1-0 with an 8.38 ERA in eight games this season. He was placed on the disabled list on May 1, retroactive to April 30.
