76ers point guard Michael Carter-Williams will not play Saturday due to an ongoing toe issue, Sixers.com reports.

Carter-Williams is missing his second straight game due to the injury. Tim Frazier, who dished out 11 assists in 35 minutes off the bench in his NBA debut Friday, will draw the start in place of the injured point guard.

The 76ers are 8-point home underdogs against the Hornets Saturday.
