Markieff averaged 13.8 points and 6.0 rebounds last season for Phoenix, while Marcus averaged 9.7 points and 3.9 rebounds, but honestly, if it had been the other way around, would you have known?
Depending on the years, this is either a reasonable pay for a pair of promising young forwards or a complete steal (if the deals are four-years at a little over $6 million per season). It's cool that they're taking the exact same money and that they want to stay together. Whether their career keep them that way or not, it looks like Phoenix intends to hang onto them a while longer.
