Spurs list Manu Ginobili (illness) as questionable Thursday

Spurs guard Manu Ginobili is suffering from gastroenteritis and is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Cavaliers, the team announced.

Ginobili was not able to participate in Thursday's shootaround as a result of the illness. Guard Marco Belinelli will likely see his role increase if Ginobili is held out.

The Spurs are 1 1/2-point underdogs.
