Latvian SG Davis Bertans tore the ACL in his right knee in a Spanish League game. It's the second time in two years that Bertans has suffered that injury to that knee.
The Spurs own Bertans' rights after a 2011 draft day trade.
"We are devastated for the young man and for his team," general manager R.C. Buford said, per the San Antonio Express News. "We know how hard he had worked to return from his previous injury. It’s not an easy thing to do, and this new injury is very unfortunate."
