Tony Parker dealing with sprained facet joint on his back

Spurs guard Tony Parker underwent an MRI, which revealed a sprained facet joint on the left side of his back, according to Yahoo! Sports. Parker will not travel with the team on its upcoming road trip due to the injury, which will cause him to miss the next two games.

Parker is averaging 16.9 points and 5.9 assists per game this season, his lowest average since his rookie campaign. After the road trip, the Spurs will be back home on Friday against the Suns.
