With triple overtime looming in Brooklyn, Joe Johnson and the rest of the Nets wanted to make sure everybody got home at a reasonable hour.

Deron Williams took the inbound pass from Joe Johnson, gave it right back to him, and Johnson sized up his defender Tayshaun Prince. Johnson drove hard to the right, freed himself with a big pullback crossover and a little off-arm action, and found himself pretty open as Prince slipped up a bit. He gathered quickly and launched the game-winning shot.

Well okay then, Joe.

The Nets won 107-105 over the Detroit Pistons, thanks to Johnson's shot which capped off a 28-point effort from him. Brooklyn also received a huge effort from Gerald Wallace (25 points, 10 rebounds).
