Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball had probably the most anticipated Summer League debut in NBA history on Friday, and he didn't disappoint.

The Lakers faced the Clippers in the Las Vegas Summer League, and on his first career play Ball threw a picture-perfect alley-oop to Brandon Ingram, who completed the slam.

Well, that didn't take long.

Ball is known for his elite passing ability and contagious pace-pushing ability, so it was pure delight for Lakers fans to see him connect with Ingram on the first play of the game.

The game was in Las Vegas, and there was no shortage of Laker fans in attendance.

It's just one play, but Lonzo Ball's Lakers career couldn't have gotten off to a better start.
