Clippers' P.J. Tucker: Moves to second unit
Tucker will come off the bench for Tuesday's game against Minnesota.
This was the expectation with both Paul George and Kawhi Leonard back in action after one-game absences. Tucker may see only a handful of minutes Tuesday as a result.

Clippers' P.J. Tucker: Will start Sunday
Tucker will start Sunday's game against the Bucks, Shane Young of Forbes.com reports.
Tucker hasn't been a part of the Clippers' rotation to start March, and he's appeared in only three games since Thanksgiving, but he'll draw a start Sunday versus one of his former teams, as Kawhi Leonard (groin) and Paul George (knee) have been ruled out for the second night of a back-to-back set. Despite being a starter, it wouldn't be surprising to see Tucker's minutes limited, so he doesn't have immense fantasy value despite the promotion.

Clippers' P.J. Tucker: Available for Thursday
Tucker will be available to play Thursday against the Thunder, Joey Linn of SI.com reports.
Tucker, who wasn't with the Clippers for their final game before the All-Star break, has been a negligible part of the rotation in Los Angeles, so while he'll be available for Thursday's game, it's unlikely he'll touch the floor. He belongs on the waiver wire in most leagues.

Clippers' P.J. Tucker: Won't suit up Wednesday
Tucker is not with the team and has been ruled out for Wednesday's game versus the Warriors.
Tucker hasn't played since Nov. 27, so his absence won't affect the Clippers' rotation. Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Clippers opted to send Tucker and Bones Hyland home to reset their mindsets following months of frustration due to lack of playing time. Both players are expected to rejoin the team after the All-Star break, so Tucker's next chance to suit up will come Feb. 22 versus the Thunder.

Clippers' P.J. Tucker: Modest production continues
Tucker produced one rebound over 13 minutes during Wednesday's 109-102 win over San Antonio.
Tucker has appeared in nine straight games for the Clippers, averaging 15.2 minutes per game. However, he hasn't had any noteworthy performances and is clearly more valuable in real life than in fantasy at this point in his career.

Clippers' P.J. Tucker: Available to make team debut
Tucker (recently traded) is available to make his Clippers debut Wednesday against the Lakers, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
While James Harden (conditioning) remains out, Tucker will suit up for the first time as a Clipper on Wednesday after being part of a blockbuster trade late Monday night. Given Los Angeles gave up multiple frontcourt depth options to acquire Harden, Tucker figures to have a prominent role eventually. However, the defensive-minded forward hasn't been a fantasy asset in years despite playing 25-plus minutes per game, and it may take a while for his role with the Clippers to solidify.

Clippers' P.J. Tucker: Unavailable Tuesday
Tucker (trade pending) is unavailable for Tuesday's game against Orlando, Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN reports.
Tucker and James Harden arrived in Los Angeles shortly before tipoff, but the trade isn't considered official just yet. It remains to be seen if they will be cleared in time for Wednesday's game against the Lakers.

Clippers' P.J. Tucker: Dealt to Clippers
The Clippers acquired Tucker, James Harden and Filip Petrusev from the 76ers on Tuesday in a three-team deal that sent Marcus Morris, Nicolas Batum, Robert Covington and Kenyon Martin to the Clippers, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. The 76ers also acquired first-round draft picks in 2026 and 2028, 2024 and 2029 second-round draft picks and the right to a first-round pick swap with the Clippers in 2029, while the Thunder acquired the right to swap first-round picks with the Clippers in 2027.
Tucker has gotten off to a slow start during the 2023-24 campaign, averaging 2.0 points and 4.7 rebounds in 22.0 minutes per game over his first three appearances of the season. He'll be on the move as part of an early-season blockbuster trade, but his role with the Clippers isn't yet clear. The 38-year-old has served exclusively as a starter in Philadelphia but could have to settle for a bench role with his new team once Terance Mann (ankle) is able to return to action. The Clippers square off against the Magic at home Tuesday, but the team's three new acquisitions seem unlikely to be available for the matchup.
