Magnay (rest) totaled six points (3-6 FG), six rebounds, one steal and one block over 14 minutes in Tuesday's 96-84 loss to the Warriors. Magnay had a quiet Summer League debut Tuesday, starting the game but logging just 14 minutes. The center has appeared in only one NBA game, playing three minutes without recording any stats for the Pelicans back in 2021.

Magnay (rest) won't play in Tuesday's Summer League game against the 76ers, Jessica Benson of GrindCityMedia.com reports. Magnay will sit out the second night of the team's back-to-back set. He also didn't see the floor during Monday's loss to the Jazz. His next chance to play will come Friday against Boston.

Magnay (coach's decision) didn't play during Tuesday's loss to Atlanta. The rookie has made just one appearance so far this season with New Orleans. Magnay logged three minutes of action during his NBA debut March 23 against the Lakers and missed his only field-goal attempt.

  • Pelicans' Will Magnay: Hauls in 10 rebounds

Magnay recorded six points (3-7 FG), 10 rebounds, three assists and one block over 21 minutes in Thursday's 124-113 loss to the Vipers. Magnay joined the starting lineup just once this season, but he's returned to a bench role in recent games. He's still been quite productive off the bench, and he led the team in rebounds during the BayHawks' second loss of the G League campaign. He's now averaging 10.1 points and 5.5 rebounds over 21.9 minutes per game this year.

  • Pelicans' Will Magnay: Modest results as G League starter

Magnay logged seven points (2-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-3 FT), six rebounds, four assists and two blocks over 26 minutes in Monday's 114-104 win over the Long Island Nets. Magnay joined the starting lineup with the BayHawks for the first time this season after coming off the bench during the first three games of the year. However, the 22-year-old didn't see many looks from the floor and was less effective than he was off the bench. Through the first four matchups of the season, Magnay is averaging 14.0 points and 5.3 rebounds over 23.7 minutes per game.

Magnay totaled 17 points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-5 FT) and four rebounds over 24 minutes in Wednesday's 117-98 win over Salt Lake City. Magnay failed to appear in a game with the Pelicans to begin the season, but he played a prominent role the G League season opener. The 22-year-old came off the bench against the Stars, but he led the BayHawks with 17 points while playing 24 minutes. He should get more time to develop with Erie during the four-week bubble in Orlando.

  • Pelicans' Will Magnay: Joins team for Sunday's game

Magnay (not injury related) was warming up ahead of Sunday's game against the Spurs, Andrew Lopez of ESPN.com reports. Magnay wasn't with the team to begin the season since he was unable to gain clearance to fly from Australia to the United States, but it appears as though he'll be available for New Orleans going forward. He should fill a depth role in the Pelicans' frontcourt while playing on a two-way deal.
