  • Suns' Boogie Ellis: Scores 23 in SL loss

    Ellis tallied 23 points (7-13 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), four rebounds, one assist and one steal across 27 minutes in Wednesday's 89-85 Summer League loss to the Timberwolves. Ellis tied Rob Dillingham for a game-high 23 points in Wednesday's close loss. He's been suiting up for the Suns this summer after spending last season in the G League with both the Indiana Mad Ants and Stockton Kings.

  • Suns' Boogie Ellis: Notches six points

    Ellis recorded six points (2-8 FG, 2-3 FT), four assists, three rebounds and five steals across 24 minutes of Sunday's 98-80 Summer League loss to the Hawks. Ellis missed time at the end of the 2024-25 G League season with a right hamstring injury, but he's fully fit for the Summer League. Ellis will be aiming to secure a training camp invite if he can put together a strong showing this summer.

    The Kings waived Ellis on Friday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. Ellis was unable to secure a regular-season roster spot after signing a contract with Sacramento earlier this offseason. He will now likely spend the 2024-25 campaign with the Stockton Kings of the G League.
