The Cards signed OLB Quentin Groves and released WR Marc Wilson on Thursday. Groves was a second-round pick of the Jaguars in 2008 and spent two seasons in Jacksonville, playing in all 32 games. He was traded to the Raiders for a fifth-round pick in 2009 and spent two years in Oakland. He was a starter in his first season but mostly a backup in 2011.
