The Cowboys released defensive tackle Landon Cohen and signed defensive tackle David Carter. Carter, who was cut by the Cardinals in the preseason, has played in 32 career games with four starts.
Dallas also released wideout Danny Coale from its practice squad and signed wideout Jamar Newsome to the squad.
