Concussions have prevented Giants outside linebacker Jacquian Williams and running back Peyton Hillis from practicing Thursday and will likely keep them out Sunday against San Francisco, per NJ.com.
Williams leads the Giants with 78 tackles while Hillis is averaging 4.4 YPC in limited action this season.
