LeSean McCoy has a theory for why Chip Kelly is getting rid of all the Eagles star players.

It's been just over two years since the Eagles hired Chip Kelly as head coach in January 2013 and in that 27-month span, Kelly has completely reshaped the Eagles roster.
In his short tenure as coach, Kelly has made it clear that he'll get rid of anyone and that everyone's expendable. Over the past 13 months, Kelly has cut DeSean Jackson and traded both Nick Foles and LeSean McCoy.
Not to mention, the Eagles coach also let the team's leading wide receiver from 2014, Jeremy Maclin, walk in free agency.
After the departures of Maclin, Foles and McCoy, the Eagles were definitely Kelly's team.

So why has Kelly been willing to dump his big name players?
Some people say it's money. At least one person thinks it's race-related. However, McCoy doesn't think it's either of those things.
The former Eagles running back thinks it's something else altogether.
"I don't think he likes or respects the stars. I'm being honest," McCoy told the Philadelphia Inquirer. "I think he likes the fact that it's 'Chip Kelly and the Eagles.'"
McCoy doesn't think Jackson got cut for anything gang-related or for being selfish, he thinks Jackson got cut for being a star.
"It was 'DeSean Jackson -- a high-flying, take-off-the-top-of-the-defense receiver,'" McCoy said. "Or 'The quick, elusive LeSean McCoy.' I don't think [Kelly] likes that."
If McCoy's theory is right, then it will be interesting to see what kind of relationship Kelly has with new players like DeMarco Murray and Sam Bradford.
As for McCoy's relationship with Kelly, he hasn't talked to his former coach since Kelly shipped him off to Buffalo on March 10.
"He's not the bad dude everybody makes him out to be. He's just different. But I don't really have any hate for him. I really don't," McCoy said. "In the beginning I did, but I don't. If I see him I'll speak to him, respectfully -- 'How are you doing, coach? Good luck.'"
McCoy will definitely get to see Kelly at least once in 2015: The Bills are scheduled to play at Philly this year.
