LOOK: Butt-slap freaks out Cam Newton during postgame interview
Cam Newton doesn't appear to be a fan of surprise butt-slaps.
The hardest hit Cam Newton took on Sunday didn't come from the Atlanta Falcons defense, it came from one of his own teammates.
After Carolina's 38-0 win over the Falcons, Newton met up with Fox's Pam Oliver for a postgame interview, an interview that seemed to be going well until one of Newton's teammates came out of nowhere and hit him with an old-fashioned sneak attack butt-slap.
Judging by his reaction, Newton is clearly not a fan of impromptu butt-slaps.
"Oh my God," Newton says, before smiling.
So who's the mystery Panthers player that had the gall to slap Newton on national television?
That would be running back Mike Tolbert.
In the video within the video, which might actually be better than the video, you can see Tolbert on the Jumbotron in the background, chanting "MVP" so loudly that his entire body is shaking.
Through 14 weeks this season, Newton appears to be the MVP of the NFL and Tolbert is the undisputed MVP of butt-slapping.
