The Raiders haven't moved from Oakland to Las Vegas just yet, but you might not have realized that if you were watching the NFL Draft on Saturday.

Although the team is still three years away from making the move to Nevada, the Raiders decided to unofficially start the process this week by announcing a bunch of their draft picks from the iconic "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada" sign.

So who was the first player to officially be drafted by the "Las Vegas" Raiders?

That honor belongs to former Florida offensive lineman David Sharpe, who was selected in the fourth round.

Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval announced the pick for the team while being flanked by four Raiderettes.

The Raiders likely chose Sandoval to make the pick because he was instrumental in getting the stadium deal done in Vegas.

The Raiders plan for the draft is to announce all of their Day 3 picks from Vegas, which means you'll be seeing the iconic Vegas sign anytime the Raiders make a pick Saturday.

Barring any trades, the Raiders are scheduled to make a total of five picks on Saturday, including the pick of Sharpe, which means there's likely going to be at least five instances where fans in Oakland will get to bitterly stare at their TV as the Raiders enjoy their soon-to-be new home.

By the way, it looks like Raiders fans have already begun the process of taking over Vegas.

Also, just in case you're wondering, the city of Oakland wasn't completely left out of the team's draft plans. The Raiders did hold a draft event in Oakland during the first round on Thursday.
