With the NFL Draft finally here this week, I offer up my 10th and final mock draft -- though I reserve the right to do an 11th.

Considering all 10 that I've done, I have to get some players with the right teams, right? Judging mocks has become a bloodsport once the first round is concluded. But the reality is getting 8-10 in the exact spot is a good thing. The teams do their own mock drafts, and they don't even know.

It's an educated guess based on watching players, understanding the rosters and talking to trusted personnel from around the league, guys I know who wouldn't lie to me.

For much of this process, I thought the Tennessee Titans would pass on Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota. Now I think they take him -- unless they are wowed by a huge trade haul.

That makes gauging the third spot tough. What do the Jaguars do? Take USC defensive tackle Leonard Williams, who might be the best player in the draft? Or do they go receiver -- Kevin White or Amari Cooper? Or maybe an edge rusher?

Even though they have a bigger needs at receiver and edge rusher, I think it's too hard to pass on Williams. So he's the pick, though I still have a feeling White could be the guy. Call it a hunch.

I included two running backs in this first round (Georgia's Todd Gurley going to San Diego at No. 17, Wisconsin's Melvin Gordon to the Lions in the 23rd spot).

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- Florida State QB Jameis Winston: As much as people have tried to make this look like the Bucs would go in a different direction, I think this has been the pick all along. Winston is NFL-ready. This regime needs NFL-ready. It makes sense.

2. Tennessee Titans -- Oregon QB Marcus Mariota: I thought all along the Titans would pass on Mariota. But the late word is they are just going to take him and let him compere with Zach Mettenberger. There is still a chance a trade gets done, but for now I figure the Titans keep the pick and choose Mariota.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars -- USC DL Leonard Williams: If Williams were to go before this pick, I think the Jaguars might go with a receiver, either Kevin White or Amari Cooper, or Florida pass rusher Dante Fowler. But with Williams on the board, he's too good to pass up. He could be a force for years to come in a division where Andrew Luck is king. That matters.

4. Oakland Raiders -- Florida OLB Dante Fowler Jr.: This might seem weird, but why not pair him with Khalil Mack to give them a heck of an outside rush duo? I know receiver is in play, but in a division with Philip Rivers and Peyton Manning -- at least for now -- rushing the passer is a must.

5. Washington Redskins -- Clemson OLB Vic Beasley: He has an explosive step off the edge, which the Redskins badly need. He isn't great against the run, but as he gets bigger he will get better in that area.

6. New York Jets -- West Virginia WR Kevin White: Yes, they have Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker, but Marshall isn't a kid anymore. They could go pass rusher here in Bud Dupree, but I think White makes sense.

7. Chicago Bears -- Alabama WR Amari Cooper: They have to get a weapon opposite Alshon Jeffrey. Cooper is a polished receiver who would really help the new-look offense. Jay Cutler would love this pick.

8. Atlanta Falcons -- Kentucky OLB/DE Bud Dupree: They have to get front-seven help, and Dupree offers a lot of versatility. He has played with his hand down and standing up. New coach Dan Quinn has to be drawn to that.

9. New York Giants -- LSU T La'el Collins: He is a tough guy who can step in at right tackle or right guard, depending on where they want Justin Pugh. They could also consider taking DT Danny Shelton.

10. St. Louis Rams -- Stanford T Andrus Peat: They have to get better on their line and Peat gives them a chance at a couple of spots. He was a left tackle in collge, but I think he could go to the right side.

11. Minnesota Vikings -- Michigan State CB Trae Waynes: The Vikings could use a receiver, but with the top two off the board, I like Waynes in this spot. They need another corner to pair with Xavier Rhodes.

12. Cleveland Browns -- Washington DT Danny Shelton: This kid has a chance to be a force in the middle of an NFL defense. The Browns need to get better inside in a division that likes to run. Shelton would provide a power player.

13. New Orleans Saints -- Nebraska OLB Randy Gregory: Take away his off-field issues, and he might go in the top five. So the Saints, in desperate need of pass-rush help, would be wise to take him. It's value.

14. Miami Dolphins -- Louisville WR DeVante Parker: This receiving group needs help. Parker missed time because of injury last season, but has the ability to be a No. 1 receiver on a team with Kenny Stills and Jarvis Landry.

15. San Francisco 49ers -- Oregon DE Arik Armstead: The 49ers are a defensive team, but they have holes in the front seven -- especially if Justin Smith retires. So getting an athletic player like Armstead would be a nice step toward replacing him.

16. Houston Texans -- Miami (Fla.) WR Phillip Dorsett: This kid can fly and would be a nice complement to DeAndre Hopkins. I think they will consider pass rusher and corner here, but Dorsett's speed will be hard to overlook.

17. San Diego Chargers -- Georgia RB Todd Gurley: They have to get a power back to help take the pressure off Philip Rivers. Gurley is a strong runner who could handle 20-25 carries a game -- if he's all the way recovered from a torn ACL.

18. Kansas City Chiefs -- Iowa OL Brandon Scherff: He was a left tackle in college, but I think he could play right tackle at the next level. He would offer versatility for a team that needs help up front.

19. Cleveland Browns -- UCF WR Breshad Perriman: They addressed the defensive line at No. 12, so why not go receiver here? Perriman can fly, but he was inconsistent. He would fill a major need.

20. Philadelphia Eagles -- Wake Forest CB Kevin Johnson: Scouts love Johnson. He was lost, playing on a bad team, but is a smooth cover player. The Eagles need another corner to go with Byron Maxwell.

21. Cincinnati Bengals -- Oklahoma WR Dorial Green-Beckham: Seems crazy, right? But Marvin Lewis said this year's first-round pick doesn't have to be an immediate starter. Marvin Jones is coming off an injury and A.J. Green is due a big contract. Green-Beckham has tons of talent, but has off-field issues.

22. Pittsburgh Steelers -- Alabama S Landon Collins: He's a safety in the same Troy Polamalu mold. He can play near the line of scrimmage to cause all kinds of problems for a defense. I worry about him in space, but Polamalu wasn't great there either.

23. Detroit Lions -- Wisconsin RB Melvin Gordon: They need to get a feature back to take some pressure off the passing game. Gordon could be special in a Jamaal Charles way.

24. Arizona Cardinals -- Missouri OLB Shane Ray: They need to improve the pass rush and this kid has a chance to be a 12-sack player in a year or two. Though his marijuana arrest Monday would need to be addressed, Ray would move to a stand-up linebacker in their scheme.

25. Carolina Panthers -- Florida T D.J. Humphries: They have to get help up front for Cam Newton. Humphries is a player who has a ton of athletic ability who could step in and start at left tackle right away.

26. Baltimore Ravens -- Washington CB Marcus Peters: They have to get a corner and this kid might be the best pure cover guy in the draft. He has some disciplinary issues, but I've heard it won't keep him out of the first round.

27. Dallas Cowboys -- Connecticut CB Byron Jones: They have some issues at corner in league where that can't happen. Brandon Carr is just OK and Morris Claiborne is coming off a knee injury. Jones is much more than just the athletic freak he showed at the combine.

28. Denver Broncos -- Miami (Fla.) T Ereck Flowers: He played left tackle in college, but would move to the right side for the Broncos. He would likely be an immediate rookie starter. He could also play guard.

29. Indianapolis Colts -- Arizona State S Damarious Randall: This is a player who will get over-drafted because he has range at a position where teams crave it. The Colts have a major need and he would fill it.

30. Green Bay Packers -- Utah CB Eric Rowe: They lost two corners in free agency and this is a kid scouts love as a corner -- although I think he could be a really good safety. He has good size at 6-foot-1.

31. New Orleans Saints (From Seattle Seahawks) -- Oregon T Jake Fisher: Zach Strief, their right tackle, turns 32 this year. Fisher played both tackle spots at Oregon.

32. New England Patriots -- Duke G Laken Tomlinson: He is a power player in the run game who would be an immediate starter. He was dominant at times for Duke and he is said to be a great kid away from the field.
