Safety Ryan Clark announced his retirement from the NFL during Wednesday's broadcast of ESPN's NFL Live.
Clark, who spent this past season with the Redskins, will retire as a member of the Steelers. Clark spent eight seasons with the Steelers from 2006-2013. He spent two additional seasons with the Redskins from 2004-05 and began his career with the Giants from 2002-03.
In his career, Clark totaled 643 tackles and 16 interceptions. It's likely for Clark to turn his full attention to his broadcasting career with ESPN.
