Falcons' Darion Griswold: Signs with Falcons
Griswold signed a reserve/future contract with the Falcons on Tuesday, Kelsey Conway of the team's official site reports.
Griswold spent part of last offseason with the Colts, but was waived by the team before the beginning of the preseason due to an undisclosed injury. Almost a year later and the tight end now has another chance to keep his NFL dream alive. Levine Toilolo and Jacob Tamme (shoulder) are both slated to be unrestricted free agents this offseason, which could boost Griswold's stock as he competes for a spot on the final 53-man roster.

Darion Griswold: Waived on Friday
Griswold was waived/injured on Friday, Tom James of the Tribune-Star reports.
Griswold hadn't practiced with the Colts at all in training camp, remaining on the PUP list for the duration of time he was with the team. If he clears waivers, Indianapolis will likely add him to their IR list.

The undrafted rookie free agent will miss the beginning of training camp with an undisclosed injury. He is joined by fellow tight end Mike Miller, leaving only five healthy tight ends at Colts camp. The severity of Griswold's injury is still unknown.
