  • Jaguars' Foyesade Oluokun: Full participant Thursday

Oluokun (hamstring) was a full participant in Thursday's practice. Oluokun was a limited participant Wednesday, so the upgrade to full participation Thursday should mean the linebacker is good to go for Sunday's game against the Colts. Oluokun will likely return to the 100 percent snap share he's made a standard this season, having reached that figure in all but Sunday's Week 13 win over the Titans.

  • Jaguars' Foyesade Oluokun: Managing hamstring issue

Oluokun was limited in practice Wednesday due to a hamstring injury. Oluokun didn't play every defensive snap for the first time in eight games this past Sunday versus Tennessee, and the hamstring issue may explain why. How he fares in practice the rest of the week will likely determine whether the veteran linebacker enters the weekend with an injury designation. If Oluokun were to miss Sunday's matchup versus Indianapolis, Branson Combs or Jack Kiser could be in line for much more work on defense.

  • Jaguars' Foyesade Oluokun: Posts six stops in victory

Oluokun registered six tackles (five solo) Sunday in a 25-3 win over Tennessee. Oluokun's tackle total tied for third most on Jacksonville. He also was on the field for every one of the Jaguars' defensive snaps for the eighth consecutive week. Oluokun is up to 96 tackles through 12 contests, putting him four stops away from reaching the triple-digit mark for the sixth straight season.

  • Jaguars' Foyesade Oluokun: Double-digit tackles Sunday

Oluokun recorded 10 total tackles (five solo) during Sunday's 27-24 overtime win over the Cardinals. The Yale product played 100 percent of the Jaguars' defensive snaps for the seventh consecutive game and tied Andrew Wingard as the team's leading-tackler Sunday. Oluokun remains a leader on Jacksonville's defense, pacing the team with 90 total tackles and tying Jourdan Lewis for the most passes defensed (eight) through 11 games this season. Expect the veteran linebacker to remain a strong IDP option in the Week 13 matchup against the Titans.

Oluokun logged seven tackles (two solo), one forced fumble and one fumble recovery during the Jaguars' 26-21 win over the 49ers on Sunday. Oluokun played a part on the Jaguars' fourth turnover of the game, when he jumped on a ball that was jarred loose by Lloyd from Brock Purdy late in the fourth quarter, and the Jacksonville offense took care of the rest to seal the game. Oluokun has logged at least six tackles in each of the first four games of the regular season, and his 30 total tackles lead the Jaguars.

Oluokun played all 61 of Jacksonville's defensive snaps Week 1, recording 10 total tackles (six solo) and one interception in the team's 26-10 win over the Panthers, but an illness now means his status will need to be monitored for Week 2. He's been one of the best tacklers in the NFL since entering the league in 2018, tallying 108 total tackles and seven passes defended, including one interception, over just 13 contests in 2024. Oluokun will look to carry over the Jaguars' strong defensive performance into Week 2, when the team travels to Cincinnati.

  • Jaguars' Foyesade Oluokun: Double-digit tackles in finale

Oluokun tallied 10 tackles (three solo) during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to Indianapolis. Oluokun posted double-digit tackles in the final two games of the season as he finished the campaign with 108 total stops, which ends a three-year run with at least 170 tackles. Part of the 27-year-old's production drop was due to a foot injury that sidelined him for four contests, but his 8.3 tackles per game was still his lowest figure since 2020. Oluokun inked a three-year, $30 million extension with the Jaguars last March and could be back amongst the leading tacklers in the league in 2025.

Oluokun recorded nine tackles (four solo) in Sunday's 30-27 loss versus the Packers. Oluokun returned from a four-game absence in Week 8, and he led Jacksonville's linebackers in snaps (62) by a wide margin. Although his performance Sunday wasn't enough to get his team the win, it was a reminder of why he's been a regular IDP fixture over the past few seasons and why he'll remain one in Week 9 at Philadelphia.

  • Jaguars' Foyesade Oluokun: Officially active Week 8

Oluokun (foot) will suit up Sunday versus Green Bay. Oluokun injured his foot Week 3 against Buffalo and missed Jacksonville's next four games while on injured reserve. He was activated Saturday after logging a trio of limited practices during the week. Now that he's back in action, Oluokun should return to his starting role and will immediately become a top IDP asset after recording over 170 tackles each of the past three campaigns.

  • Jaguars' Foyesade Oluokun: Comes off IR

The Jaguars activated Oluokun (foot) from injured reserve Saturday in advance of Sunday's home matchup against the Packers, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports. Oluokun remains questionable to play Sunday, but being activated Saturday is a necessary step if he is to return to action Week 8. The standout linebacker's absence has left a notable void in Jacksonville's defense over the four games he missed while on IR. As long as he's officially cleared to suit up for Sunday's contest against the Packers, Oluokun will be in position to immediately reprise his role as a premier IDP fantasy option.

Head coach Doug Pederson told reporters before Friday's practice that he's "optimistic [Oluokun will] be able to step in and play" Sunday, per John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site. Across the first two games of the regular season prior to his foot injury, Oluokun logged 19 tackles (11 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one pass breakup.
