Jonathan Newsome: Released by Colts
Newsome has been waived by the Colts.
Newsome was recently arrested on marijuana charges, so his parting with the Colts certainly seems to stem from that situation. In two seasons in Indianapolis, Newsome posted 47 tackles, 7.5 sacks and four forced fumbles, but managed just one sack this past season.
