Daniel Isom: Gets injury settlement

The Rams cut Isom (undisclosed) from the practice squad injured list with an injury settlement Tuesday. The extent of Isom's injury remains unclear. The 24-year-old defensive back signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Washington State in May and was placed on the team's practice squad injured list in mid-September.
