The Dolphins claimed Williams (undisclosed) off waivers Monday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports.
Williams was waived by the Saints with a failed physical designation Friday. New Orleans reportedly had paperwork prepared to re-sign him, but the Dolphins' waiver claim preempted those plans.
