Caleb Wilson: Lands on waivers
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

The Eagles waived Wilson on Friday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

The Eagles picked up Wilson off waivers exactly one month ago, but he'll head back nearly a week before the season opener. The 2019 seventh-round pick was quite impressive in his final college season with 60 receptions for 965 yards and four scores at UCLA, but that production simply hasn't translated to the NFL ranks.

Eagles' Caleb Wilson: Picked up by Philly
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

The Eagles claimed Wilson off waivers Tuesday.

Mr. Irrelevant of the 2019 draft, Wilson was cut by the Cardinals before Week 1. He later joined Washington's banged-up TE room in December but didn't make an appearance in the final three games. Now, Wilson has a chance to make an impression in an offense that utilizes two-TE sets often.

Caleb Wilson: Waived by Washington
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Washington waived Wilson on Monday, Rhiannon Walker of The Athletic reports.

Wilson spent the majority of the 2019 season on Washington's practice squad before suiting up on its 53-man roster for the final three games. He was the last pick in the 2019 NFL Draft and will now try to earn a role with a new team.

Redskins' Caleb Wilson: No action as a rookie
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Wilson did not suit up for a contest during 2019.

Wilson spent the final three games of his rookie season on Washington's roster after having been cut by the Cardinals prior to Week 1. The Mr. Irrelevant of the 2019 NFL Draft stands to compete for a depth/special-teams role with the Redskins for 2020.

Redskins' Caleb Wilson: Joins Washington
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Wilson signed a contract with the Redskins on Friday, Scott Bordow of The Athletic reports.

Wilson was selected by Arizona with the final pick in the 2019 draft in April and joined the team's practice squad after failing to make the season-opening roster, but he'll now receive an opportunity in Washington. The 23-year-old should work as the team's No. 3 tight end behind Jeremy Sprinkle and Hale Hentges.

Cardinals' Caleb Wilson: Final selection goes to Arizona
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

The Cardinals selected Wilson in the seventh round of the 2019 NFL Draft, 254th overall.

The Mr. Irrelevant selection of 2019, Wilson (6-foot-4, 240 pounds) was highly productive at UCLA but fell this far due to skepticism about whether he has enough functional athleticism to offset his undersized build. Wilson's 4.56-second 40 is excellent, but his athletic profile otherwise was uneven (29-inch vertical, 113-inch broad jump, 11.6 agility score). The Cardinals will hope his 965-yard, four-touchdown season in 2018 is a better indicator of his qualities as a receiver. If he sticks, he could find a real opportunity with only Ricky Seals-Jones and Charles Clay ahead of him.
