    Dwumfour (shoulder) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday. Dwumfour is set to return to practice for the first time since being placed on IR in October with a shoulder issue. The Texans will have 21 days to either activate him or leave him on IR for the remainder of the season, the first of which seems more likely. In four games this season, Dwumfour has registered two tackles while playing 108 defensive snaps.
