Rams' Aaron Donald: Expected back for Week 5
The Rams are "optimistic" that Donald (back), who has been ruled Sunday's game against the Eagles, will be available to play in Week 5 versus the Bills, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Donald will miss his second game of the season but his first due to injury, after he was absent for the Week 1 loss to the 49ers in Australia while he worked to regain full conditioning after a two-plus-year layoff from game action. The 35-year-old played more than half of the defensive snaps in Weeks 2 and 3, so his absence for Sunday's contest will leave a major void along the line. Braden Fiske and Kobie Turner could both be in line for heightened snaps to compensate for Donald's absence, while Tyler Davis may also see his role grow as the Rams' first lineman up off the bench.

Rams' Puka Nacua: No limitations expected in return
Nacua (hip) isn't expected to have limitations on his workload during Sunday's game in Philadelphia, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Having said that, the Rams will keep an eye on Nacua's conditioning once he steps on the field, something that ultimately could impact his snap count, but they're operating under the assumption that he's good for his typical allotment, when healthy. He missed the last two games due to what was listed by the team as a hip issue but head coach Sean McVay termed "soreness in his groin" unrelated to the psoas discomfort that he tended to in training camp. In his only appearance this season in Week 1 versus the 49ers in Melbourne, Australia, Nacua handled 70 percent of the offensive snaps and reeled in five of nine targets for 74 yards.

Rams' Alex Bachman: Inks contract to join active roster
The Rams signed Bachman from their practice squad to their 53-man roster Saturday.
Bachman spent a portion of training camp with the Rams before signing to the practice squad in early September. He's evidently made a positive impression, as Los Angeles has elected to promote him to the active roster despite the fact that he's yet to see gameday action this season. Bachman will assume the roster spot vacated by tight end Terrance Ferguson (ankle), who landed on IR on Friday. However, Bachman doesn't stand to see many opportunities on offense with the Rams currently fielding a relatively healthy wideout corps.

Rams' Kamren Kinchens: Ready for Week 4
Kinchens (hamstring) does not have any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Kinchens has not suited up since sustaining a hamstring injury during the Rams' Week 1 loss to the 49ers in Melbourne, Australia. The 24-year-old upgraded to full practice participation Friday after being limited in the team's Wednesday and Thursday sessions. The free safety is all set to suit up for Sunday's game next to strong safety Kam Curl.

Rams' Nate Landman: Ready for Sunday
Landman (shoulder) does not have any injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Landman logged consecutive limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday before upgrading to full participation for Friday's session. The inside linebacker is all set to suit up next to Omar Speights for Sunday's NFC showdown against the Eagles. Landman worked through his shoulder issue for the Rams' Week 3 loss to the Broncos as well, playing 88 percent of the team's defensive snaps in the game.

Rams' Davante Adams: Reverting back to WR2 vs. Philadelphia
Adams will serve as the Rams' WR2 against the Eagles on Sunday after Puka Nacua (hip) was cleared to play, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
After a quiet Week 1 against the 49ers in Australia, Adams has put together a 15-332-2 receiving line (23 targets) over the Rams' last two games in the absence of Nacua. The latter does not carry an injury designation for Week 4, though Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com relays that the Rams are still figuring out what kind of snap count that Nacua will operate under in his return. Given that, Adams still figures to be a top target for Matthew Stafford in the passing game, particularly in the red zone, where Adams has thrived for his entire NFL career.

Rams' Terrance Ferguson: Lands on injured reserve
The Rams placed Ferguson (ankle) on injured reserve Friday.
Ferguson underwent X-rays on an ankle injury during this past Sunday's loss at Denver, and while he was able to return to the contest, he then didn't practice in any capacity Wednesday through Friday before being ruled out for Week 4 action. With Ferguson out for at least the next four games and Colby Parkinson (shoulder) questionable for Sunday's road matchup with the Eagles, Davis Allen, Tyler Higbee and rookie second-round pick Max Klare are the current healthy TEs on L.A.'s active roster.

Rams' Jaylen Watson: Won't play against Philadelphia
Watson (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Nate Atkins of The Athletic reports.
Watson dislocated his shoulder during the Rams' Week 3 loss to the Broncos, which prevented him from practicing this past week. The 2022 seventh-rounder will aim to be back on the field for Week 5 against the Bills, though he'd have to log at least one limited practice to have a realistic chance of playing. Emmanuel Forbes figures to start opposite Trent McDuffie at outside cornerback in Watson's absence.
