Brzustewicz notched an assist in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Canadiens.
The 21-year-old rookie recorded his first NHL point in his 12th game when he helped set up a Joel Farabee tally late in the second period. Brzustewicz, a third-round pick in the 2023 NHL Draft, has yet to make a big impact as he gets his feet wet in the pros, but he flashed his offensive upside in his final season with OHL Kitchener back in 2023-24, racking up 13 goals and 92 points in 67 games.

Brzustewicz was called up from AHL Calgary on Monday.
Brzustewicz's promotion would seem to indicate that there is an injury among the Flames' blueliners ahead of Monday's game versus the Sabres. While the 21-year-old defenseman is far from a lock to play, he could offer the team some offensive upside, having tallied four goals and eight helpers in 23 minor-league games for the Wranglers.

Brzustewicz was assigned to AHL Calgary on Friday.
Brzustewicz made his NHL debut Thursday against the Kings and recorded a hit, two PIM and a plus-2 rating while being held pointless in 18:23 of ice time. However, he'll head back to the minors to help the Wranglers in the Calder Cup Playoffs.

Brzustewicz was recalled from AHL Calgary on Wednesday.
Brzustewicz hasn't yet made his NHL debut, but he'll join the Flames ahead of Thursday's regular-season finale in Los Angeles. Over 69 appearances with the Wranglers this year, he's recorded five goals, 26 assists and 12 PIM.
