  • Blackhawks' Oliver Moore: Answers early goal

Moore scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Golden Knights. Moore ended a six-game goal drought with his tally at 1:23 of the first period to answer Ivan Barbashev's opening goal. The 20-year-old Moore continues to feature in a second-line role at even strength, though his power-play time has remained sporadic. The forward has done pretty well with three goals, seven points, 17 shots on net and a minus-1 rating over 14 appearances as he's settled into a full-time NHL role over the last month.

  • Blackhawks' Oliver Moore: Two points in big win

Moore recorded a goal, an assist and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Flames. The 20-year-old playmaker made his NHL debut Nov. 3 and hasn't needed a lot of time to adjust to a top-six role, as he's racked up five points (two goals, three assists) in his first seven outings. He earned his first multi-point effort, and Moore should continue to have plenty of opportunities to keep producing as long as he continues to see regular playing time. Moore currently holds a second-line role at even strength and is also a member of the second power-play unit.

  • Blackhawks' Oliver Moore: Scores first NHL goal

Moore scored a goal and put five shots on net in Sunday's 5-1 win over Detroit. Moore's first goal at the NHL level came with 16 seconds to go in regulation. Since his call-up from AHL Rockford, he has two points in four contests with the Blackhawks. The 20-year-old has seen a nice stint on the second line due to the injuries to Jason Dickinson (shoulder) and Frank Nazar (undisclosed). It remains to be seen whether Moore will head back down to AHL Rockford when Dickinson is activated from IR, but Moore's first stint in the NHL this season could lead to more opportunities in the future.

  • Blackhawks' Oliver Moore: Up from AHL

Moore was summoned from AHL Rockford on Monday, per Scott Powers of The Athletic. Moore has produced six goals and nine points in nine minor-league outings this campaign. He could make his NHL season debut against Seattle on Monday. Moore collected four assists, 10 shots on goal and six hits over nine appearances with the Blackhawks during the 2024-25 regular season.

  • Blackhawks' Oliver Moore: Heroics in IceHogs' win

Moore scored both goals for AHL Rockford in its 2-1 overtime win over Texas on Friday. Moore opened the scoring 1:15 into the first period and won it 2:18 into overtime. The 20-year-old forward is up to four goals and an assist through three minor-league games. He's doing everything he can to be ready for a call-up should the Blackhawks opt to change things up at the NHL level. However, Moore is unlikely to get promoted unless there's at least middle-six minutes waiting for him, as he's too talented to grind it out on the fourth line.

  • Blackhawks' Oliver Moore: Signs entry-level deal

Moore signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Blackhawks on Saturday, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports. Chicago selected Moore with the 19th overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft. He completed his sophomore season with the University of Minnesota on Thursday, scoring 12 times while adding 20 assists across 38 appearances. Moore will likely see some time with the Blackhawks and could make his NHL debut versus Utah on Sunday.
