  • Blues' Otto Stenberg: Shipped down to minors

Stenberg was reassigned to AHL Springfield on Tuesday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports. Stenberg has logged 32 games for the Blues as a rookie this season, notching three goals and seven helpers to go with 49 hits. Rather than keeping the 20-year-old center in the NHL for the final two games of the season, the organization is choosing to bolster the Thunderbirds' ranks ahead of a postseason push.

  • Blues' Otto Stenberg: Shipped down to minors

Stenberg was demoted to AHL Springfield on Monday. Stenberg's demotion could be an indication that Dylan Holloway (ankle) could be ready to play against the Stars on Tuesday. In 18 NHL games this year, the 20-year-old Stenberg has tallied one goal, seven assists and 17 shots while also dishing out 33 hits. This likely won't be the last time Stenberg suits up for the Blues this year.

  • Blues' Otto Stenberg: Receives first NHL call-up

Stenberg was recalled from AHL Springfield on Monday. Stenberg will help cover for some of the Blues' injuries up front, as Dylan Holloway (ankle) joined a growing list of forwards on injured reserve Monday. The 20-year-old Stenberg was the No. 25 overall pick in 2023, and he has yet to make his NHL debut. The left-shot center has contributed three goals and eight points over 21 appearances with the Thunderbirds this season.
