Brooks (concussion) is good to go for Tennessee's matchup versus the Browns on Sunday.
Brooks has officially cleared the league's concussion protocol after having been a full participant in practice throughout the week. The 25-year-old missed the team's last two games but should resume his role as a special teamer during Sunday's game.

Titans' Kendell Brooks: Chance to return Week 14
Brooks (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Browns, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Brooks was a full participant in practice all week, and he appears to be on track to return from a two-game absence as long as an independent neurologist clears him from the league's concussion protocol. Brooks has primarily contributed on special teams this season, though his return would also bolster the Titans' secondary.

Titans' Kendell Brooks: Won't play Sunday
Brooks (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Brooks appeared to be trending in the right direction ahead of the Week 13 contest, as he upgraded from a DNP on Wednesday to full practice Thursday. However, he's now in line to miss his second consecutive game due to a concussion. While the 25-year-old is sidelined Sunday, expect Kevin Winston to play as the Titans' top reserve free safety.

Titans' Kendell Brooks: Upgrades to full practice Thursday
Brooks (concussion) practiced in full Thursday.
This is a great sign for Brooks, who didn't play Sunday against Seattle due to a concussion and opened this week as non-participant in practice. However, he'll need to clear the NFL's concussion protocol in order to be able to return to action this Sunday versus Jacksonville. If Brooks does get clearance to play, he'll likely continue to work primarily on special teams, as he's logged just one defensive snap so far this season.

Titans' Kendell Brooks: DNP to open week
Brooks (concussion) did not practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Brooks was unable to play in the Titans' Week 12 loss to the Seahawks while in the league's concussion protocol. Even if he returns to practice this week, he would need to be cleared by an independent neurologist in order to be given the green light to play against the Jaguars on Sunday.
