Giants' Dee Williams: All set for Week 18
Williams (toe) will play Sunday versus the Eagles, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Giants' Dee Williams: Inactive for Week 17
Williams (toe) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Williams popped up on Thursday's injury report as a DNP due to a toe injury. He was able to log a limited practice Friday, but the injury is severe enough for him to be sidelined Sunday. Art Green and Cor'Dale Flott will serve as the Giants' backup outside corners behind Adoree' Jackson and Deonte Banks due to Williams' injury.

Giants' Dee Williams: Picked up by Big Blue
The Giants claimed Williams off waivers Friday, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Williams, who was waived by the Seahawks on Thursday, appeared in all 12 of Seattle's games before being waived, recording 254 kick-return and 111 punt-return yards while playing almost strictly on special teams (four defensive snaps and 131 on special teams). He'll likely play a similar role with the Giants and could serve as the team's top return man in a Week 14 matchup against the Saints.

Dee Williams: Cut by Seattle
The Seahawks waived Williams on Thursday.
Williams was let go in order to make room for waiver claim WR Jaelon Darden. Williams appeared in all 12 games for the Seahawks this season, mainly playing special teams. Williams, however, lost a fumble on a first-quarter kickoff return during the Week 13 win over the Jets.

Seahawks' Dee Williams: Cleared for Week 12
Williams (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Cardinals and is expected to play, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Williams was injured in last Sunday's win over the 49ers, but it clearly wasn't a long-term issue. The reserve cornerback has played four defensive snaps this season and another 119 on special teams.

Seahawks' Dee Williams: Done for rest of Sunday
Williams (ankle) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's contest against the 49ers.
Williams suffered an ankle injury early in the second half Sunday, ultimately being carted off the field, bringing his day to a premature end. Kenny McIntosh and Jaxon Smith-Njigba are candidates to see increased reps on kick returns and punt returns while Josh Jobe will likely see an uptick in usage at cornerback for the rest of the game.

Seahawks' Dee Williams: Moves to active/NFI list
Williams (undisclosed) was placed on the active/non-football injury list by the Seahawks on Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
The wide receiver can still return during training camp because he moved to the active/NFI list before camp started, per Boyle. Williams signed with Seattle in May after going undrafted. The former defensive back caught just two passes for 10 yards at Tennessee in his first season as a receiver last year, but he did find a role as a punt and kick returner.

Seahawks' Dee Williams: Passes physical
Williams (undisclosed) passed his physical Friday.
Seattle just placed Williams on its NFI list Thursday, but he's evidently already back in shape for football activities. He played defensive back at Tennessee, so if he did find an immediate role with the Seahawks, it would probably be as a kick/punt returner.
