Angels' Steven Duggar: Removed from 40-man roster

Duggar was designated for assignment by the Angels on Thursday.

Duggar was demoted to Triple-A Salt Lake by the Halos in mid-August, and he's now lost his spot on the 40-man roster. The 28-year-old has played in 29 games between the Angels, Giants and Rangers this season and has a .447 OPS in 80 plate appearances.
