Fuld (shoulder) hopes to return to swinging a bat this weekend, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Fuld has been shut down since undergoing an MRI on March 20, at which point he had cortisone and PRP shots in the region. Scheduled to miss three weeks with a strained left shoulder, swinging a bat would be a step in the right direction, though it remains likely that his health won't be intact once Opening Day rolls around next Monday.
