Athletics' Sam Fuld: Will be a close call to make 25-Man Roster.

Fuld is likely on the fringe to make the A's Opening Day roster and may need an injury to find his way on the squad.

The A's have made a number of acquisitions, including Chris Coghlan and Khris Davis, that could push Fuld off the 25-man roster. The A's do like Fuld's glove and speed and it is possible they could hang on to him as a 5th outfielder to use late in games on defense or on the base paths. The decision on Fuld will likely be made very near the start of the season and that assumes Coco Crisp is still healthy by then.
